承压设备焊接工艺专家系统的设计与开发

摘要:
根据NB/T 47014—2011,NB/T 47015—2011和TSG Z6002—2010等焊接标准研发了基于B/S结构的适合于承压设备行业的焊接工艺专家系统,设计了信息查询与编辑、焊接工艺设计两大模块。信息查询与编辑模块提供了高效的查询方式,使用户能非常方便得查询、添加、修改钢材和焊材的化学成分、力学性能、物理性能以及钢材焊接性等方面的信息;焊接工艺设计模块是根据承压设备焊接标准进行设计的,且融入了承压设备制造企业多年的焊接经验,用户只需输入初始条件就能轻松便捷地编制焊接工艺。

Design and development of welding process expert system for pressure equipment

Abstract:
Based on B/S, a welding process expert system had been developed for pressure equipment manufacturers according to NB/T 47014—2011, NB/T 47015—2011, TSG Z6002—2010 and so on. Information query module and welding process design module were designed in the paper. It is very convenient for users to query, add and modify the information of the chemical composition, mechanical properties and physical properties of steel and consumables,and the information of steel′s weldebility. The welding process design module was designed according to the welding standard of the pressure equipment, and which incorporated the welding experience of the pressure equipment manufacturing enterprise for many years. The user can easily and conveniently prepare the welding process by inputting the initial conditions.
